We had single room, and it was fine with bathroom. The staff were HELPFUL and nice and the location was easy by tram.

The staff at Hotel Restaurant Memo was very amiable and affable, always available to assist. the convenient location in the city center was a definite plus. There's a Cafe Nero nearby for great coffee and treats - I highly recommend checking it out!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me. Only a short distance away from the main train station and easy access to the city centre. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Finally, the breakfast was delicious. The variety of options available satisfied all my cravings in the morning. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail when it came to the presentation of the food.

There was one minor issue with the TV reception, but it didn't have a major impact on my overall experience.
